Every year, the International Conference provides an opportunity for Torch Run volunteers to network, share and learn how to improve their local Torch Run programs, which contribute greatly to increasing public awareness and enhancing the lives of Special Olympics athletes throughout the world.  Special Olympics Southern California invites you to “Catch the Wave” in Long Beach, for the 2010 Law Enforcement Torch Run® International Conference. Together, we can ride a wave of continuing success as we gather new ideas and motivate each other to do more.
